NORTH ELFLAND PUBLIC SERVICES (1934-PRESENT)

Description: A Government force established to keep Elfland clean, provide water, provide garbage services, maintain environment and city services, provide transport services, and develop buildings. During the war they were re-designated to work in the Northern territory of Elfland only and were re-named the NORTH Elfland Public Services. The name remains to this day, as they are technically a northern service. But the northern Gov doesn't restrict access to the South anymore, allowing some locations to be built in the southern areas.

Overall power: Not a peacekeeper role, but if you want to cross them, just remember they have access to heavy machinery and are not liable if your house and/or car(s) is mysteriously destroyed when you come home.

Overall coverage: Providing services to all of Elfland. In every city, there is at least one NEPS location.

Gear and weaponry: Equipped with a knife for safety, and have access to dump trucks, bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and busses. [red = not in game currently]. The dump trucks have a special device, known as the [REDACTED]. This device has the special ability of disintegrating trash via [REDACTED] technology.
